PHILOSOPHY

Anyone has the potential to be their very best. Life is too short to not take advantage of the one body we are given. With my education in Dietetics as well as my fitness experience I feel very confident that I have what it takes to help anyone improve their health as well as transform their body. As a fitness professional it is my job to help set goals that are smart, measurable, attainable, relevant, and within a reasonable amount of time to ensure health improvement. My mission is to change the lives of as many clients as I can. Health should be viewed as a lifestyle. If I can teach each client how to work out and eat healthy on their own, I feel I will have done my job.

CLIENT BASE

I like to work with clients who are willing to utilize the tools that I give them to get in better shape, lose weight, gain muscle or just improve their overall quality of life.

EXPERIENCE & CREDENTIALS

BS in Nutrition and Dietetics from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania, ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified personal trainer, CPR, First Aid certified through American Red Cross, Over half of my life has been spent in a gym or fitness related area.

PERSONAL INTERESTS

Helping people, reading, learning, lifting weights, riding my motorcycle, mountain biking, snowboarding, running, hiking in the woods, fishing, swimming, tennis, golf, and taking advantage of each day.
