Jessica Mead

PHILOSOPHY

Fitness is a passion and a lifestyle choice. I believe in a complete healthy lifestyle, in all aspects of one's life - physical, mental, and emotional. I strive to follow a smart exercise plan which balances weights and cardio, backed with a good diet. When a person is in great physical shape, they feel great, and can more effectively handle life and get the most out of their life. Expressing a passion for fitness is a great way to feel confident and keep yourself motivated. I first become involved in fitness to be better at my job but now I continue to stay involved in fitness because it helps me overcome obstacles and enhances my self worth and confidence. It is my goal to help you find that passion, and dedication in a fun, enthusiastic and inspiring way. There is so much knowledge out there to be absorbed, it's important to me that I bring you that knowledge so you can better yourself for tomorrow.

CLIENT BASE

Changing your body is a gradual process which is accomplished over time through consistent, focused effort. Developing a program you can follow in the long run will pay off much more than trying to change your body overnight and is also much safer. Jessica likes to work with dedicated and motivated individuals that are willing to set aside time to not only reach your goal, but go beyond that goal for a healthier and more fulfilling life. Jessica specializes in strength training, flexibility, core stability, cardiovascular training, and group aerobics training.
