PHILOSOPHY
I enjoy helping people surprise themselves by what they can do at any age! An active lifestyle takes an internal commitment to yourself & your own wellbeing, but it also takes the support & encouragement of people around you - whether it's family, friends, or the people you work out with. I enjoy helping people find a balance between life & activity & being the encouragement they need to meet their fitness & wellness goals. My aim is to provide you with a fun & challenging workout that leaves you feeling like you're one step closer to where you want to be!
CLIENT BASE
Erin originally began her career working as the Fitness Specialist at a retirement home & therefore has a deep interest in improving posture, balance, and coordination in seniors. Since then she has also worked with numerous clients towards weight loss goals, sport specific & functional training & improved cardiovascular conditioning & strength.
