Aerobics



We are proud to offer exciting classes and diversified programs by AFAA certified professional instructors!  Our instructors take time to create classes that are fun, challenging, and safe for all participants.  Our spacious, padded aerobics room gives members a unique place to shape up, burn calories, and have fun.  All classes are co-ed and we accommodate beggining, intermediate, and advanced members.  Classes Include:
