I believe that every person can benefit from physical exercise. I specialize in training people of all ages with a wide variety of goals. These can range from basic to advanced techniques, including, but not limited to, weight loss, core stability, flexibility, cardiovascular conditioning & strength/resistance training. I like to challenge and encourage my clients to surpass their physical and mental boundaries by using functional exercise along with sound nutritional planning. Some of the techniques I employ in the gym setting for strength training & muscle building include using a mix of free weights, kettle bells, machines, sand bags, water bags, ropes and teeter boards. A good regular exercise program is like the fountain of youth! I live and practice what I preach.
