Abs/CoreFusion - Concentrated abdominal core work for strong abs.

All-in-One - Total body workout starts with 45 mins of resistance training with dumbbells, body bars, stability balls, and Bosus, then finishes in the Cycle Room with 45 minutes of heart pounding spinning. Participants are welcome to do either or both parts of the class.

Beginner Yoga - This "flow" style yoga class is for beginners through intermediate level yoga practitio- ners. We will focus on proper alignment, breathing and posture in the various poses. Benefits include increased flexibility, balance, strength and muscle tone.

Body Blast - Work the whole body from head to toe. This is a fun, very challenging class that will leave you breathless and always guessing what's coming next!

Body Blast on the Ball - Work your whole body in this class, which uses stability ball work, with other balls, such as medicine balls. Check this class out...you never knew how many exercises could be performed with a stability ball!

Body n' Balance Lite - Develop strength, balance, stamina, and flexibility using exercise progressions to help develop dynamic stability and control. Various disciplines used such as yoga, functional training, body weight, and more... Learn to safely and effectively work the entire body, mind, and spirit. LITE version moves at aslower pace.

Body Sculpting - Increase your strength and improve your definition. A great free-weight workout to chal- lenge your whole body.

Body Sculpting I - high intensity weight lifting using, dumbbells, barbells, body bars, bands, gliders, bosus, benches, balls, medicine balls, and 'bender' balls, with lower repetitions, heavier weights--usually doing a more "traditional" weight lifting technique of 3 sets of each exercise for each body part. We throw in plyos for legs to increase the intensity, followed by 10 minutes of abs and 5 minutes of stretching.

Body Sculpting II - high intensity/repetition weight lifting. We use dumbbells, barbells, body bars, bands, gliders, bosus, benches, balls, medicine balls, and 'bender' balls--we try to vary it as much as possible, but do hit all the major muscles groups pretty hard.--Squats, Back, Biceps, Lunges, Chest, Tricipes, Shoulders, followed by 10 minutes of abs and 5 minutes of stretching.

Boot Camp - Get ready for a hardcore workout that tones the entire body and gets you sweating, without any fancy footwork. Various equipment and drills challenge your muscles, along with your cardiovascular system,

Butts & Gutts - Tone up your lower body and core with this 30 minute class devoted exclusively to working target areas of the lower body, using body weight, dumbbells, and balls.

Cardio Sculpt - Come experience the ultimate cardio and strength challenge, mid to high intensity, making the most of running, squatting, punching, shuffling, lifting, jumping; and intense plyometrics

Cardio Circuit - High intensity cardio--we do 1 minute drills using jumpropes, kettlebells, benches, bosus and just our own little bodies. We usually do a circuit type routine moving from 1 station to another. It's pretty much non-stop for 45 minutes (not including warm-up/cooldown/abs/stretching)

Cardio Training - This total body workout starts in the Cycle Room with 30 minutes of heart pounding spinning, then moves upstairs to the Aerobics Room for 30 mins of resistance training with dumbbells, body bars, stability balls, and Bosus.

Cardio Weight Lifting - This total body workout starts with one hour of resistance training using dumbbells, Body Bars, Stability Balls and Bosus, then finished with 30 mins of heart pounding step.

Chi Gong - Use your mind, body, and breath to cultivate your "chi", or internal life force. These gentle, slow moving exercises, which come from China, are designed to both relax and energize you. Excellent for calming the mind and grounding the body.

Fitness Yoga Fusion - A full body low impact workout that combines yoga movements, pilates movements and core strengthening.

Fitness Yoga Stretch Lite - Relaxed easy to follow yoga based stretch class, building strength, flexibility, and balance.

Fitness Yoga Stretch - A class for yoga enthusiasts as well as beginners. Instruction is provided to guide mem- bers through many pose sequences. Most poses have varying degrees of difficulty, and instruction is given as to how to modify the pose. Emphasis is placed on incorporating mindful breathing to get the most benefit from your practice.

Members are encouraged to bring their own mats, though we do have extra mats available.

Forever Fit - Senior fitness class designed for all capabilities and a total body workout. We will utilize body weight, light dumbells, and tubing. Work will be adjusted and appropriate for the level of each participant.

Kettlebells - There is no other piece of equipment that can do what the kettlebell does. Learn what its all about while you target every aspect of fitness using functional movements. You will gain tighter legs, glutes, back, arms, and abdominals, its the ultimate core workout, while developing cardiovascular conditioning, power, and flexibility. Level: Intermediate/Advance

Kickboxing - This class presents a combination of martial arts, boxing, and cardiovascular training, for a total body workout. Contact is optional, as padded targets may be used. Please let the instructor know your preferences.

Kids Kardio - Every week it’s something new but always great music and non-stop cardio

Killer Cardio - Start with a basic warm up, then let the "classic step" begin. The last 30 minutes will be a hard-core "killer cardio" routine. This will be pure cardio with boot-camp style plyometric combinations. It will be less intensive in terms of choreography, but more intensive in terms of cardio training.

PiYo - A unique mind/body/spirit format that emphasizes the dynamic and atheletic blend of Pilates and Yoga techniques using movements to improve your strength, balance and flexibility. A limited number of sticky mats are available for use.

R.I.P.P.E.D. - "A Plateau Proof Fitness Formula" that masterfully combines Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and Diet. If you are looking to lose pounds and inches, increase your metabolism, sculpt sexy lean muscles, improve your cardiovascular performance, feel your energy and strength go through the roof, and have a blast doing it, you've come to the right place!

Total Body Mix - 1 minute intervals--1 min cardio, 1 min legs, 1 min upper body, 1 min abs and we repeat for 8 - 9 cycles, again hitting all major muscles groups and keeping the heart rate elevated for a great cardio workout as well. We utilize most of the same tools as the other classes--we run stairs and run or lunge around the track.

Spin n' Box - Keep your heart rate pumping with a combination of spinning for the first half hour, then weights, kickboxing, and interval drills that will leave you feeling strong and powerful. Finish with Abs for the last 15 minutes.

Step & Cardio - Get moving as you combine step with kickboxing and other cardio based segments, in this high energy class. Keep moving, have fun, and don't forget the abs at the end.

Step Challenge - This class incorporates a variety step techniques including, step/tone, step/kick, turbo step, and cardio blast step, with diverse levels of intensities to challenge hard core steppers.

Step n' Tone - Keep your heart rate punping with a basic combination of weights, kickboxing, and interval drills that will leave you feeling strong & powerful, but still let you work at your own pace.

Toning - This full body workout combines calorie burning aerobics with muscular strengthening movements. This class utilizes free weights, weighted bar, aerobic step and exercise balls to tone your way to a great body.

Total Body Tone-Up - A functional and strength conditioning class to build muscular endurance and improve overall fitness. A mix of equipment is used, including dumbbells, balls, bands, Bosus, and Gliders.

Walk, Run & Tone - Increase your strength and improve your cardiovascular endurance through a combination of weights and walking/running (optional) one the treadmills, sure to tone and make you sweat.

Wheels n' Weights - This class combines the best of both worlds, great cardio training on the spinning bikes and then weight training for increased strength, greater definition and an overall healthier body!

Yoga Fitness Fusion - A full body low impact workout that combines yoga movements, pilates movements and core strengthening.

Yoga - Traditional Hatha Yoga class, including postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayamas), and meditation (dhyana). Benefits include: strengthening of muscles; revitalization of nervous system; increased blood flow; calmer, happier, and a more peaceful mind. A limited number of sticky mats are available for use.

Zumba - Combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be FUN AND EASY TO DO allowing Zumba participants to stick to the Zumba Fitness program and achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba is a feel-happy workout that is great for both the body and the mind.
